The Field Museum

Our primary reason for picking Chicago was to see Sue the T-Rex at the Field Museum, so we started there:
(Don't let the sun fool you.  It was 25 degrees and windy the whole time we were there.)

SUE!!!

And Coop was really interested in seeing the man-eating lions of Tsavo:

We also went through a special exhibit called The Underground, where we were the size of bugs roaming through the dirt.  Here's Coop sitting in a cicada shell:

Hey there just wanted to give you a quick heads up. The words in your post seem
to be running off the screen in Internet explorer.
I'm not sure if this is a formatting issue or something to do with web browser compatibility but I thought I'd post to let you know.
The design look great though! Hope you get the issue
fixed soon. Cheers

Oh, I love the Field Museum! Sadly, at the time I last went there (about 13 years ago) I had no idea that the lions of Tsavo were there, so I missed them. Boo! Glad Coop got to see them, though!

"Even now, if you lock eyes with them, you will be afraid." (*shiver*)
