It's Parker!
So on Parker's blog, you'd probably see lots of baby pictures of him to commemorate his birth. But on this blog, you get Cooper's message to his friend.

He's a little genius! His tiny toddler/East Coast Lobsterman's accent just kills me. Smooches for both Cooper and the birthday boy!
