The Color Run

Last weekend, Cooper and I did the Color Run 5k in Kansas City, apparently known as the Happiest 5K on the Planet:

Through the race, volunteers throw color powder on you:

The race route went around Arrowhead Stadium and the K!

Meet Baby Z, a foster kiddo staying with us.

He's almost 8 months old and a real sweetheart.

First pediatrician appointment.  Everything looks great!  60% for both height and weight.
